People Mentoring
The establishment of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), control system and action plans to close the gap are best suited in small groups of focused individuals. All too often requirements are put forth by senior management but the “how to accomplish” part is a little vague. These sessions are focused on developing achievable small steps that drive change throughout the organization. Being able to see results daily, weekly and monthly provides positive reinforcement that change is happening and that the goals are being met. Or they let the group know where the shortfalls and opportunities are. Either way it keeps the team on track.

Machine Mentoring Overview
This custom designed program assists in the installation and implementation of machinery and its impact on the workforce. Differing from the typical and classic approach, Machine Mentoring includes line employees in the change program from the concept and enables them to provide support and relief during the transition process. It is a new twist on the classic idea of “making people part of the solution” early on thus minimizing the negative affects of change.
